The First Rule of Zuhak
In the ancient lands of Kurdistan, approximately 400 years B.L (Before Liberation),
a dark and malevolent king known as Zuhak or Ezdehak ruled with an iron fist. His kingdom reached a large piece of land and would in 4011 B.L invade and take over the proud lands of the Kurds. Zuhak did not like that the Kurds was a independent seeking proud people, unlike other peoples that he had managed to control, Zuhak could not get a easy hold on the Kurds. During his early reign in Kurdistan, Zuhak implementet politics of harsh cruelty through imprisonment, torture and killings of thousands by either public hanging or by publicly putting individuals on The Rack.
Origins of Zuhak
There is no clear understanding of where Zuhak originate from since he did not show of any political or ethnical commitment during his reign. The most common understanding is that Zuhak originate from Assyrian origin, howeve there is also rumors of Zuhak being of Arabic origin due to his very close relationship with Arabian tribes, during The Fall of Kurdistan. Finally, there is a rather new possibility, suggesting that Zuhak had a mixed origin of Assyrian and Kurdish parents in which his Kurdish father treated Zuhak very badly, leading to his deep hate against his Kurdish origin. Zuhak have never publicly opened up about his origin or in anyway provided benefits to any specific people within his kingdom. Growing up in a destructive family, Zuhak showed no interest in having his own family, resulting in him spending the many days in reign in loneliness. Although rumors were circulating about a potential romance between him and the Jash Queen, none such rumor have been confirmed. Other rumors claims that The Jash Queen had a long lasting crush on the evil serpent sorceror, but that he used these feeling for his own personal benefits.
