The Resurrection marks the chapter of our history when pure evil reappeared in our world through the ancient ruins of The Serpent. This evil spirit of Zuhak which had awaited a long time for its chance to rise again was under the spell of that ancient sorcery which almost made Zuhak immortal. Everything began with this man, named Nazir, a wanderer driven by curiosity, a man deeply in love with adventure and aspecially climbing, but who could not make it to the highest peaks of Kurdistan, instead he search further north, and came to the old ancient empire of Zuhak. One day, he stumbled upon the mysterious and enigmatic ruins of The Serpent—an age-old statue shrouded in the lore of a bygone era of Zuhak. Unbeknownst to the wanderer, the statue, now cloaked in the dust of centuries, held a sinister presence—the malevolent spirit of Zuhak. In the ancient age of darkness, Zuhak had been toppled by Kawa and the Kurdish revolutionaries, and he was thirsty for revenge. As the wanderer approached the ruins, drawn by an inexplicable force, his footsteps disturbed the ancient stone piles, which were burning hot from the closeby lava, and it awakened dormant energies. He brushed aside the pain, being to interested in the force that was dragging him closer and closer. The earth quivered with an unseen pulse, and the ground trembled as the very air grew heavy with a vengeful aura. Deep within the shadowed crevices of The Serpent, Zuhak’s malevolent spirit stirred. In the heart of the ruins, an eerie glow emanated from the statue’s eyes—a sign of awakening. The vengeful force that had slumbered for untold eons now sought retribution for its confinement. As the sun dipped below the horizon, an ominous presence descended upon the land. The night sky, once a tapestry of stars, now seemed to shroud itself in darkness, as if mourning the return of a malevolent force. Whispers of a long-forgotten evil swept through the wind, foretelling a time of reckoning.

As the malevolent spirit of Zuhak regained its strength, its thirst for vengeance became palpable. Nazim did not understand what he did, it all happened so fast and so unknowingly. It sought to bring forth a new era of darkness, where the echoes of its tyranny would resound once more. The once-innocent wanderer, now unwittingly entangled in this web of malevolence, found himself haunted by haunting visions, and suddenly, Zuhak appeared in front of him, completely naked. With a blink of an eye, Zuhak used his sorcery knowledge to cloth himself. With a deep, menacing voice, Zuhak spoke with Nazim:

– ” 400 years, now I am finally free “.

Nazim spoke back nervously:
– “I-I am but a wanderer, unaware of the ancient power that lay within these ruins. Forgive my ignorance, mighty spirit”.

Zuhak replied:
– “Ignorance is no excuse for your trespass, mortal. Your presence has set in motion events that may change the course of destiny. What do you seek in these ancient ruins?”

Nazim told him:
– “I have heard whispers of sorcery and ancient wisdom, and I came seeking knowledge. The tales spoke of Zuhak, the powerful ruler of old, who knew the secrets of sorcery. I seek to learn from you, to understand the arcane arts that lay forgotten”.

Zuhak laught resonant and replied:
– “You seek the secrets of sorcery, mortal? Fools have tried before, but few possess the fortitude to wield such power”.

Nazim was determined when he said:
– “I am willing to do whatever it takes to learn. Please, I beg of you, impart your knowledge upon me. I seek to harness the power of sorcery”.

Zuhak replied:
– “The power of sorcery is not to be trifled with, mortal. It carries a heavy price and can corrupt even the noblest hearts. You do not deserve its power, stranger. Be gone!”

With a swift move, Zuhak threw Nazim away, throwing him into the nearby cliffs of the old dark and hot mountains. Nazim fell into the hot ground, to weak to get up on his feet, he had to live through the insaneable hot ground he was lying on. Zuhak took his first step down from the resurrection place and went down from the stairs, looking upon the world he once ruled. He knew what had to be done to get his revenge, and he was eager to start right away…
